G Assist Guyana – Business Development Assistant
The VA will engage with prospects through email, phone outreach, coordinate appointments, and assist with client onboarding, including application form completion and data collection. They will ensure clients follow through with medical exams, aid in document signing, and provide payment guidance upon approval. Ongoing tasks involve sending annual birthday cards, scheduling bi-annual check-in meetings, and maintaining communication primarily via email. The VA will uphold confidentiality, adhere to compliance requirements, and track performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS
- Canva
- Microsoft Suite
- Specialized Insurance Software (Training available)
- Redtail CRM Sofrware
- Slack (Training Available)
- SMS/RCS/Phone Calling (Plan Provided)
MAIN KPI:
- 10 Calls booked per week.
- Ensuring a follow-up call is booked with a prospect before call ends.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge in sales is required. The task is mainly to be customer forward friendly and assist the client in obtaining customers.
