WE’RE HIRING A CASHIER
A cashier is a key point of contact in the customer’s shopping experience. The ideal candidate must display excellent customer service, have very strong communication skills, and the ability to execute monetary transactions with precision, accuracy
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5 CXC Including Mathematics, English (Accounts is a plus). OR
- HEART level 2 certificate in accounting, business administration or customer service
- Atleast 2 years experience in a similar role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Process customer sales invoices.
- Collect and apply deposit to service invoices.
- Close out completed work orders by generating final invoices.
- Collect and apply payments to customer rental accounts.
- Prepare and issue authorized customer deposits.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
