Responsibilities:
• Represent the AdON Group brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Manage distributor accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and inventory management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
