DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative at Muneshwers Limited .
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role within the shipping industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with shipping software or platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and solve customers’ issues in an effective and efficient manner. Actively listen to understand relevant customer information to find the best way to solve their problem quickly and thoroughly.
- Notify customers of the arrival of their goods/containers.
- Answer telephone calls in a pleasant efficient manner and communicate effectively.
- Any other assigned duties.
