DESCRIPTION
Assist customers to meet their machinery parts’ needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 subjects at CSEC (inclusive of Mathematics and English Language).
Good communication skills, including writing and verbal skills.
Minimum one (1) year similar experience would be an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting customer with parts order.
Introduction of new product lines to customers.
Monitor and communicate order status with order pickers.
Resolve any customer issues, problems, or complaints to satisfy customer.
Process, file and maintain invoices and bills.
Other related tasks.
